Please use this service only if our staff has instructed you to do so. After you schedule this appointment, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. You need to use a desktop or laptop with video and microphone capabilities for the session. Smartphones or tablets cannot be used for our sessions. Also, make sure you are in a quiet area during your interview.
